摘  要:[目的]研究社区老年人毛细血管血脂与静脉血脂检测结果的差别及相关性,探讨毛细血管血脂检测的可靠性。[方法]用便携式全血检测仪测定毛细血管血脂408例,同时用全自动生化分析仪测静脉血脂。[结果]毛细血管检测总胆固醇值(TC)高于静脉值(t=10.13,P<0.001),毛细血管检测三酰甘油(TG)低于静脉值(t=11.96,P<0.001);两种检测方法所测得的TC、TG存在正相关性关系且相关较密切(r2分别为0.625和0.705)。[结论]应用便携式全血检测仪测毛细血管血脂具有快速、简便和易于被老年人接受的特点,可以替代静脉法血脂监测。[ Objective ] To study the difference and correlation of blood lipid of capillary and vein of the elderly in a community , and explore the reliability of the determination of blood lipid in capillary. [ Methods ] A total of 408 cases of blood lipid from capillary were measured by CardioChekTM and blood lipid from vein by automatic biochemical measurement at the same time. [ Results ] TC from capillary vessel was higher than that from vein { t = 10. 13, P 〈 0.001 ), TG from capillary vessel was lower than that from vein( t = 11.96 ,P 〈 0. 001 ). TC and TG in capillary vessel had positive and close correlation with biochemical analyzer ( r^2 0. 625 and 0. 705 respectively). [ Conclusion ] CardioChekTM is quick, simple and easy to accept by older people for blood lipid measurement, and measurement of blood lipid from vein could be replaced by that of blood lipid from capillary vessel.
