摘　　要：简要概述中山市古镇灯饰产业集群发展现状,基于钻石模型要素分析结论的基础上,针对性提出引培高端人才、创新融资渠道、完善创新体系、强化品牌建设、产业转型升级、调整产品结构、出口贸易应对、实施可持续会展等八大对策。Cluster status of Guzhen lighting industry in Zhongshan should be discussed Based on Porter＇ s diamond model. Then development countermeasures was provided, which is recruiting and training senior human resources, innovation of financing channel, innovation system, brand building, Industrial optimization, adjustment of product structure, countermeasures of export trade, sustainable development of exhibition.
