科研经费投入绩效的实证评价——以某大学某学院为例

摘　　要：选取某大学某学院为研究对象,对其进行科研经费投入的绩效评价。通过数据包络法得知该学院科研经费的投入具有有效性,科研经费投入绩效评价的结果较高,但是从问卷调查中也显示出该学院的一些不足之处,主要表现为:学院的整体科研实力处于中等阶层,科研力量参差不齐,整体感不够强;科研成果转换为社会效益的转换率并不高;科研成果缺乏实践检验,使用起来不够便捷。This article selects the＊ College of＊university as the research obeject to study its performance evaluation. We can know that the sci- entific research funding＇in ＊ College has validity by using DEA, and the performance evaluation of scientific research funding is high, but some dis- advantages have been showed from the questionnaire survey, which manily include three aspects：the overall scientific research strength of B ＊ Col- lege is in medium class, which is uneven and lack of wholeness; the turnover rate of scientific research achievements into social benefits is low; the scientific research achievements is lack of practical test, and cann＇t be used conveniently.
