摘　　要：当代中国发展面临着社会过度分化而政府有效整合相对不足的严峻考验,一个重要的原因在于当前社会发展的危机,即社会资本危机。社会资本作为一种新的理论解释范式,恰当地解释了我国政府整合困境的原因,通过培育社会资本优化政府整合对社会和谐发展具有深远意义。Contemporary China is facing severe tests of excessive differentiation of society and the Government＇s relatively lack on effective integration,one important reason of which is the social development crisis,namely social capital crisis.As a new paradigm of theoretical interpretation,social capital properly explains the reason of the predicament of government integration in China.And integration of the harmonious development of society through the cultivation of social capital to optimize the government has far-reaching influence.
