点接触齿面的安装误差敏感性研究

摘　　要：提供一组显式表达的点接触齿面的接触点位置对安装误差敏感性的计算公式 ,实例计算表明 ,计算结果与实验结果一致。这组误差敏感性计算公式既是误差敏感性分析的基础 。The error sensitivity of contact position of point-contact tooth surfaces with respect to the mounting errors is an important index to evaluate the gearing performance. In this paper, a series of formulae for the calculation of the error sensitivity are provided,and the calculated results with the formulae are correspondent with the experimental ones through a concrete example. The formulae provided in the paper are the foundation on which the analysis of the error sensitivity can be executed,they are also the basic components of the mathematical model for the active design of tooth surfaces.
