摘　　要：民族医药在维护人民群众健康方面发挥了巨大作用,但随着《中华人民共和国执业医师法》的颁布实施,民族医药人员必须通过考试才能获得执业资格。现阶段,民族医药地区人员数量在减少,报考条件制约了民族医药人员从业的途径。本文从民族医药发展的现状及问题出发,探索了不同从业民族医考试开考的标准以及应对考试或考核应采取的途径和措施。Minority medicine has played a huge role in safeguard people＇s health, but with the ＂ the law of practicing doctor of the People＇s Republic of China ＂ carrying out, Ethnic medicine personnel must pass the examination to obtain qualification. At present, the quantity of Minority medicine personnel is gradually decreasing, because the register conditions restrict the Minority medicine practitioners to gain admittance. This article talks about test examination standard for Minority medicine, and explore different practitioners should be taken in different ways and measures for examination based on the status and nroblems nowadays.
