摘　　要：针对查新工作存在的一些问题,将SaaS模式的思想以及SOA架构体系引入平台设计并分析其优势,提出基于SOA的查新工作平台架构,并对查新服务以及权限管理进行详细设计,最后说明平台先进性。According to the existing problems of sci-tech novelty working,this paper introduces the thought of SaaS model and SOA architecture,then analyzes their advantages,puts forward a sci-tech novelty search platform structure based on the SOA,designs sci-tech novelty search service module and rights management module,finally describes the advancement of the platform.
