摘 要:本文采用ISSR标记分析红阳(HY)及其杂交后代共14份材料的遗传多样性,并构建其ISSR指纹图谱。结果表明:从100条ISSR随机引物中筛选出7条引物,在14个供试材料中扩增出92条多态性条带,遗传相似系数在0.308-0.904之间;在相似系数水平为0.607时,可将所有供试材料聚为三类。本研究构建的指纹图谱可有效鉴别供试材料,为今后猕猴桃育种和杂交亲本的选择提供依据。The genetic diversity of the 14 materials including Hongyang kiwifruit varieties and their hybrid proge- nies were analyzed by using ISSR markers, and the fingerprinting profiles of these materials were constructed in this research. The results showed that 7 primers were screened out from 100 primers to apply to ISSR amplification. Total 92 polymorphic loci were detected. The similarity coefficients calculated by NTSYSpc were in the range from 0.308 to 0.904, and the tested 14 kiwi fruit materials were clustered into three groups at 0.607 of the similarity coefficient. Overall, the fingerprinting constructed in this study can effectively identify the test materials, which might provide a basis for selection of the hybrid parents and kiwifruit breeding program.
