摘  要:结合马铃薯原种生产实际,采用四元二次正交回归旋转组合设计,以对马铃薯原种产量形成影响较大的主要栽培措施为决策变量,建立了种植密度及N、P2O5、K2O的施用量与产量关系的数学模型,并通过模拟寻优提出马铃薯原种单产最佳优化栽培措施的定量化指标。结果表明:4因子对马铃薯原种产量的影响大小程度为:种植密度>K2O>N>P2O5;该试验条件下的高产栽培农艺组合方案为:种植密度6 879~7 133穴/667m2,施N量4.59~6.28 kg/667m2,施P2O5量10.96~14.05 kg/667m2,施K2O量29.95~32.81 kg/667m2。Based on the production fact of virus-free potato protospecies,combination design of four factors quadratic orthogonal rotation regression was adopted and the main cultivation measures which greatly affects potato production were chosen as the decision variables to establish a mathematical model for describing the relationship between planting density,N fertilizer rate,P2O5 fertilizer rate or K2O fertilizer rate and yield,then,the quantitative indicators of the optimizing cultivation measures for virus-free potato protospecies were proposed through simulated optimization.The results showed that the influence of four factors on yield of potato protospecies ordered as planting densityK2ON P2O5;under the experiment conditions,the best culture technologies were planting density between 103 185~106 995 holes/hm2,N fertilizer rate between 68.85~94.2 kg/hm2,P2O5 fertilizer rate between 164.4 kg/hm2,K2O fertilizer rate between 449.25~492.15 kg/hm2.
