摘 要:在湖南长沙、浙江杭州和广西南宁3地通过田间试验,研究了嘧菌酯在稻田水、稻田土壤及水稻植株中的消解动态。结果表明:采用气相色谱法测定样品中的嘧菌酯残留,稻田水、稻田土壤、水稻植株等试验样品中的最低检出浓度分别为0.02、0.02、0.08 mg/kg,添加回收率为77.46%~119.96%,相对标准偏差为1.16%~9.27%;从消解动力学方程可知,嘧菌酯在稻田水、稻田土壤及水稻植株中的平均消解半衰期分别为6.04、8.58(开始消解后算起)及6.21 d,均不超过10 d。这表明嘧菌酯属较易降解农药。Through field experiments,which were conducted in Changsha City of Hunan Province,Hangzhou City of Zhejiang Province and Nanning City of Guangxi Province,the degradation dynamics of Azoxystrobin in water and soil in paddy field and rice plant were studied.The results showed that the Azoxystrobin residue was determined by GC,the minimum detectable quantity for paddy field water,paddy field soil and rice plant was 0.02,0.02 and 0.08 mg/kg,respectively,the fortified recovery rate was from 77.46% to 119.96%,and the relative standard deviation was from 1.16% to 9.27%.The degradation kinetic equation showed that the average half-life of Azoxystrobin in paddy field water,paddy field soil and rice plant was 6.04 d,8.58 d and 6.21 d,respectively.Therefore,the Azoxystrobin is a pesticide degrades easily.
