摘  要:采用酸性茚三酮显色法研究了吴屯杨、荷兰64和新疆杨在盐胁迫和干旱胁迫下体内脯氨酸含量的变化,比较3个杨树品种的抗逆性强弱。研究结果表明:在干旱和盐胁迫下,脯氨酸会大量积累;3种杨树的耐盐能力:吴屯杨>新疆杨>荷兰64;耐旱能力:新疆杨>吴屯杨>荷兰64。推测植物抗逆性分析应该分阶段进行,包括初始积累时间(或初期脯氨酸积累量)、中期积累时间(或中期脯氨酸积累量)和维持积累时间(或后期脯氨酸积累量),只有通过考察脯氨酸在抗逆过程中的分段积累量,才能全面、准确表达出脯氨酸积累能力与植物抗逆性的关系。The changes of proline content in Populus wutunensis,Populus euramericana and Populus balleana under salt and drought stress were researched by the acidic ninhydrin colorimetric method,and the stress resistance of the three poplar varieties was compared.The results showed that under drought and salt stress,proline accumulated greatly;the salt resistance of the three poplar varieties ordered as Populus wutunensis Populus balleana Populus euramericana;the drought resistance of the three poplar varieties ordered as Populus balleana Populus wutunensis Populus euramericana.It can be speculated that the plant stress resistance should be analyzed according to different stages,including initial accumulation time(initial proline accumulation),middle accumulation time(proline accumulation in middle period) and maintaining accumulation time(proline accumulation in late period).Only through observing proline accumulation in each period during stress resistance,the relationship between proline accumulation ability and stress resistance of plant can be described comprehensively.
