摘  要:为了探讨乳酸杆菌对肉鸡肠道、生长性能及肉品质的影响,将体重相近的1日龄湘黄鸡40只随机分为4组,空白组和对照组饲喂基础日粮,不添加乳酸杆菌,试验1组和试验2组分别在基础日粮中添加0.02%和0.01%乳酸杆菌制剂,空白组不进行T-2毒素攻毒,其他组分别在试验16 d开始灌服T-2毒素(Sigma),连续15 d。试验结果表明:在攻毒后试验组湘黄鸡增重显著高于未添加乳酸杆菌的对照组,其他一些指标的测定数据也优于或显著优于对照组。乳酸杆菌对T-2毒素诱导的鸡肠道屏障功能损伤起到了一定的保护作用,并改善了湘黄鸡的增重与肉品质。In order to find out the influences of Lactobacillus on intestine,growth performance and meat quality of broiler,40 1-day-old Xianghuang broilers with similar weight were divided into four groups randomly,which were blank group,control group,experiment group 1 and experiment group 2.The blank group and the control group fed the basic diet,and the experiment group 1 and the experiment group 2 fed basic diet added with 0.02% and 0.01% Lactobacillus,respectively.The broilers in control group,experiment group 1 and experiment group 2 were gavaged with T-2(Sigma) since 16-day-old till 30-day-old,and blank group did not feed T-2.The results demonstrated that after gavaged with T-2,the weight of Xianghuang broilers in experiment groups was significantly higher than that in control group and the other indexes were better or significantly better than those in control group.Therefore,Lactobacillus had some protective function for injury of broiler intestinal barrier function induced by T-2,and it also could increase the weight and improve the meat quality of Xianghuang broilers.
