微博中农民话语权缺失现象分析——以关中农村地区微博新闻使用情况调查为例

摘　　要：微博的出现,很有可能导致农民群体与中国社会其他阶层之间的"信息沟"加大。不断加大的"信息沟"也将成为制约农村地区微博公民新闻发展的主要因素。从对关中农村地区微博新闻使用情况的问卷调研入手,可以寻找制约农民微博公民新闻发展的深层原因,并可从政策倾斜、社会关注、企业扶持、传统媒体引导以及农民媒介素养等五个方面来探索如何提高农民微博等公民新闻媒体的参与度和利用率,以此减小或逐渐消除城乡之间的"信息沟",从而促进新农村信息化的和谐发展。The emergence of microblogging is likely to increase the ＂information gap＂ between the group of farmers and other sectors of society. The widening ＂information gap＂ will also become a major factor in restricting the mi- croblogging development of citizen journalism in rural areas. From the questionnaire survey on the use of microblogging news in Guanzhong rural areas, it aims to find the underlying causes which constrain the microblogging development of citizen journalism among the farmers, and try to explore how to improve farmers＇ microblogging, citizen journalism, media participation and utilization, farmers＇ right to speak, from five aspects of preferential policies, social concerns, business support, traditional media guide and farmers, in order to reduce or gradually eliminate the ＂information gap＂ between urban and rural areas and promote the harmonious development of the new rural informatization.
