摘 要:LLC谐振变换器具有开关管零电压开通,整流管零电流关断,适合于宽电压输入等优点,易实现高频化和高功率密度。这些良好性能的实现需要对谐振元件进行合理设计,但其设计过程复杂,是LLC谐振变换器设计的难点和重点。针对这种情况,结合工程软件MathCAD给出了LLC谐振变换器简洁、快速的谐振元件设计流程,并从工业应用角度给出集成了谐振电感的变压器设计等效模型。最后,设计了一台直流输入230~350V,直流输出7 V/30 A的LLC谐振变换器样机,验证了该设计流程的正确性和有效性。LLC resonant converter has great advantages, such as the switches work under ZVS on condition, the recti- fier diodes work under ZCS off condition and suitable for wide range of input voltage, high-frequency and high power density are easy to be achieved.The good performance needs for a rational design of resonant components.However, the design process is rather complex.It is the focus and ditticulty of the design of LLC resonant converter.In view of this situation, a fast and simple resonant components design process for LLC resonant converter is given with the as- sistant of engineering software MathCAD, and it also brings out the transformer equivalent model integrated resonant inductor in the perspective of industrial applications.Finally a LLC resonant converter prototype with DC input 230- 350 V, DC output 7 V/30 A is designed to prove the correctness and effectiveness of design flow of resonant compo- nents in LLC converter.
