摘  要:基于开关磁阻电机(SRM)简化电感模型,提出一种无需电机电磁特性和外加硬件的转子位置估计方案。该方案采用注入脉冲法实时获得三相电感信息,电机静止启动时,三相绕组均注入脉冲以获得三相电感值;电机旋转时,向空闲相注入脉冲来获得电感值。通过空间电感矢量与角度关系反正切估算出线性区域到非线性区域全域范围内的转子位置角,实现了转子位置精确估算。最后通过实验验证了该方案的正确性与实用性。Based on simplified inductance model of switch reluctance motor(SRM), this paper proposes an estimation me- thod of rotor position without magnetic characteristics of motor and additional hardware.This method obtains information of three-phase inductance by injecting a suitable sequence of voltage pulses into three-phase stator windings.At standstill,the voltage pulses are applied into all the phases over short time to obtain three-phase inductance.During the rotation ,the voltage pulses are applied into the idle phase to obtain inductance.All the region rotor position angles from liner region to non-liner region are estimated through relationship between space inductance vector and angle.This method could estimate the position of rotor accurately.The experimental results verify the correctness and practicability of the theory.
