摘 要:随着具有随机波动性的分布式电源大规模接入配电网,使得配电网出现功率波动,甚至影响电网发电计划。为抑制分布式电源接入配电网引起的功率波动,提出锂电池充放电协调控制的静止伏安发生装置(SVAG)抑制功率波动,改善电能质量。电池充电根据电池荷电状态(SOC)、电流和电压三者之间关系,先恒流充电再恒压充电,电池放电根据功率波动指令采用d-q解耦控制策略,跟踪功率波动指令,平滑配电网功率。在Matlab中搭建仿真模型,研制实验原理样机,验证了所提方法的可行性和原理样机的工程效果。As large-scale distributed generations with random fluctuation access to distribution network, power fluctua- tion is engendered in distribution network and may influence on generation schedules.In order to restrain power fluc- tuation and improve power quality in distribution network with distributed generations,static ~A generator(SVAG) is proposed which considers charge-discharge coordination control of L-battery.In battery charge state, the constant-cur- rent charge is firstly used, then constant voltage charge is used which according to the relationships of state of charg- ing(SOC) ,current and voltage of Li-battery.In battery discharge state, d-q decouphng control is used which according power fluctuation orders, and the distribution network power is smoothed.Simulation model is built in Matlab and a principle prototype is developed.The proposed method and engineering effect of principle prototype are verified by an- alyzing the results of simulation and experiment.
