摘 要:中点电位不平衡是二极管钳位型三电平逆变器的固有问题,分析了造成三电平逆变器中点电位不平衡的原因,研究了注入零序分量实现中点电位平衡控制的SPWM方法,并且引入反馈结构加以改进。研究表明:在一个基波周期,注入6n倍次零序分量能够产生控制中点电位所需的中点电流直流分量,中点电位也得到了有效的控制。仿真结果验证了该控制方法的有效性。Neutral- point potential unbalance is an inherent problem stems from the three- level neutral point clamped (NPC)inverter.The cause of resulting in neutral-point potential unbalance was analyzed, and the injected zero-sequence voltage PWM method for neutral- point balancing control was studied, and introduced a feedback structure to improve. It is proved that in a base wave cycle, 6n times zero- sequence components injected into reference voltages could draw a DC part which is to do voltage balancing control in the neutral point, and neutral voltage also got effective control.The validity of this PWM method is verified by simulation result.
