摘 要:为了检测目标钢束有效预应力值,采用自行研制的预应力钢索张力测试仪(LCZL-50)进行室内试验,在预应力钢束单端安装穿心式压力传感器,通过预应力锚固系统分别张拉预应力钢束到不同力值,然后用横张法进行预应力测试,基于传统级差法和最小二乘拟合法对实验数据进行分析处理,并和锚下传感器的理论值进行对比,最后将此方法在工程实桥上进行应用。结果表明:目标钢束在较小横向位移时,横向力与横张位移成线性变化;最小二乘拟合法比级差法的误差小;实桥有效预应力实测值与理论值相差在9%以内。In order to detect the effective pre-stress value of the aimed steel tendon, laboratory experi- ment was carried out with self-fabricated pre-stress tester LCZL-50. First, hollow pressure sensor was installed at the single end of pre-stressed steel tendon, then steel tendon was tensioned to differ- ent force by using the pre-stressed anchorage system, respectively. Secondly, the transverse tensio- ning method was used to test the pre-stress value of the steel, and the experimental data were ana- lyzed based on the traditional differential method and the least-squares method, and also compared with the theoretical values derived by the sensors. Finally, this method was applied in the bridge engi- neering. The results show that the transverse tensioning force has a linear variation with the displace- ment under the condition of low displacement. The error of the least-squares' method is smaller than that of the differential method. The difference between the measured effective pre-stress value of the bridge and the theoretical value is not more than 9 %
