摘　　要：低频信号对超精密加工机床的影响较大,必须将其隔除。介绍一例精密机床隔振地基的模型,并对该模型的隔振性能进行了一些探讨。Low frequency signal has great influence on ultra-precision machine tools, so it must be isolated. A precision ma- chine tool isolation foundation model was introduced. The isolation performances of the model were discussed.
