摘 要:目前国内汽车起动锁动铁芯顶杆的压铆采用油压机、分两道工序来完成,压铆过程中压入力和铆紧力的大小无法监控。针对此现状,设计了一种汽车起动锁动铁芯顶杆专用压铆设备,使用该设备能同时完成压装和铆紧两道工序,并通过PLC来实时监控顶杆压入力和铆紧力的大小,能对铆紧前后顶杆与动铁芯的相对位置进行比较,及时发现不合格产品,确保了汽车起动锁制造的生产效率和产品质量。At present, the riveting of the moving-core-mandrel used in car locks is completed through two processes by oil hy- draulic press in the domestic: During Ihe process, neither the press-in force nor the riveting force can be monitored. To solve the prob- lem, a new special equipment was desigoed. Using the equipment, the two operations could be performed together, the two forces could be monitored, substandard products could be detected in time through comparing the relative position between the mandrel and moving core. So the efficiency and quality are both improved in the manufacture of car locks.
