摘 要:针对目前水污染在线自动监测系统普遍存在的废水污染物排放总量测算不精确、废水采样周期固定而具有规律性的问题,提出一种基于比例取样结合随机取样方法的智能化污水污染物总量监测系统,并详细阐述了系统的软、硬件设计方案。该系统采用悬浮的模数转换器(A/D)模拟输入口的随机电压值作为随机采样周期并按废水流量比例采样、统一存储综合水样。系统实测证明,该系统可有效实现对废水排放企业的排污总量的精确测量,降低运行成本并使排污企业无法掌握监测系统采样规律,从而避免其偷排、突排高浓度废水。There are some problems with the on-line automatic wastewater contamination emission monitoring systems, such as inaccurate measurement for wastewater pollutant amount, regulative wastewater sampling time interval. Considering the above mentioned problems, an intelligent monitoring system for wastewater contamina- tion emission based on proportional and random sampling is proposed, and the hardware and software design proposal is also introduced in detail. The random voltage of floating analog input port of analog-to-digital con- verter is used as wastewater proportional sampling period. This system can effectively measure wastewater con- tamination emission accurately with lower running cost, and pollution emission enterprises can no longer grasp the law of wastewater sampling time to discharge high concentration wastewater suddenly or by stealth
