摘 要:介绍承钢提钒炼钢一厂采用铁水提钒、半钢炼钢、LF精炼、塞棒保护浇注生产H08MnA的工艺实践.通过提高转炉终点命中率减少钢水过氧化,将钙铝比值控制在0.10~0.14,强化连铸保护浇注,解决了H08MnA钢水可浇性问题;通过减少转炉下渣量、控制加铝和精炼时间,有效降低了钢水回硅.试制炉次成分控制满足钢种要求,铸坯综合合格率为100!.The practice of producing H08 MnA wire rod via V-extracting, steelmaking, LF refining and casting processes at Chengde Iron and Steel Corporation is introduced in the discussion. Through enhancing the BOF hitting-rate at the end point, preventing the molten steel from over-oxidation, keeping the Ca/Al ratio at 0.10 - 0.14 and strengthening the protection of casting, the castability of molten steel was markedly improved. In addition, countermeasures such as reducing the BOF slag carryover, controlling Al addition and regulating the refining time were taken to reduce the silicon pickup. The composition of the steel so made met the requirements of H08MnA wire rod and the comprehensive slab acceptance ratio was 100%.
