摘　　要：介绍ISP工艺,指出ISP工艺特点及面临问题.根据国内外一些ISP厂家的先进经验,提出了热压团、富氧烧结、焦冶结合、大量处理铅锌混合矿的工艺方法,以提高ISP工艺可持续发展能力,并对ISP工艺的发展方向作出初步的探讨.The fundamentals, characters and existing problems of the ISP （Imperial Smelting Paten） process were introduced in the paper. Based on the advanced experiences of both domestic and foreign ISP manufacturers, a technical process utilizing hot-pressed agglomerate, oxygen-enriched sintering, integrated coking-smelting, and processing zinc-lead ores in large quantity was put forward, in order to improve the sustainable development ability of the ISP process. The development direction of the ISP technique was discussed as well.
