摘　　要：介绍了大宝山矿当前铁矿石生产流程原用的中型板式给矿机传动机构存在的弊端,提出把偏心连杆传动机构改造为无级调速传动方式,既提高了洗矿质量,又降低了生产成本,提高生产流程经济效益.In view of the drawbacks of the transmission mechanism for the medium-sized plate feeder used in iron ore pro- cessing at Dabaoshan Mine, a modification scheme was undertaken in which the eccentric connecting rod transmission mechanism was changed into a stepless speed-regulating one. The modification improved the quality of ore-washing and cut down the production cost, thus enhancing the economic benefits of the manufacturing process.
