摘　　要：为便于理解恒包络AltBOC(constant envelope alternate binary offset carrier)信号调制方式,结合直观的信号相位图,从最基本的BOC信号入手,引出AltBOC信号最简单的双通道形式,进而到四通道,最终导出恒包络AltBOC信号表达式,并给出主要的数字特征。In order to understand the constant envelope AltBOC（altemate binary offset carrier） modulation easily, we first derived 2-codes AltBOC starting with BOC signal and combining with the directly perceived signal phase diagram, then derived 4-codes AltBOC, and at last the expression of constant envelope AItBOC signal was derived as well as some numerical characteristics concerned were given.
