摘  要:固化污泥填埋处置中需要碾压,为了将其碾压的密实,采用击实试验,研究击实功、固化污泥含水率、材料添加量对其干密度、孔隙比的影响。结果表明,随着击实功的增加,固化污泥的干密度先增加后趋于稳定、孔隙比先减小后趋于稳定,存在经济击实功。依据经济击实功可以选择碾压设备,为施工设备的选择提供理论依据和指导。Solidified sludge needs to be compacted in landfill disposal. The studies about the effects of different com- paction work, water content and adding amount of materials on the dry unit weight and void ratio of solidified sludge were conducted by compaction test. It is pointed out that with the increase of compaction work, the dry unit weight of solidified sludge increases firstly and then tends to be stable, and the void ratio decreases firstly and then tends to be stable. There exists the economic compaction work which could be used to select the construction equipments, thus to provide a theoret- ical basis and guidance for the selection of construction equipments.
