摘　　要：交通应急管理系统是交通安全、可靠运营的保障,是交通发展战略规划中的重要研究内容。本文阐述了交通应急管理系统的组成子系统和工作流程,并在回顾国内外应急管理系统现有相关研究文献的基础上,总结了国内外交通应急管理现状的研究现状,分析了我国交通应急管理研究和应用存在的问题,探讨了交通应急管理方面国内外的发展趋势和研究热点。Transportation emergency management system is a safeguard of transportation safety, and is the important content in the research of traffic development strategy planning. First this paper introduced the constituted subsystem and working process of the emergency management systems. Then, on the basis of reviewing the former researches about transportation emergency management, and summarized the current state of transportation emergency management system in China and abroad, the existedproblems in the area inChinawereanalyzed. In addition this paper discussed the research tendency and hot topics of this area.
