摘　　要：介绍了丝网印花的工艺流程和工作原理,重点介绍了网框台板的定位。分析了目前常用的定位装置及其定位误差,并提出了一种新型的精密定位方式即采用台板与机架上相对应的两个相互垂直的定位块实现准确定位。网框固定在机架上,采用多个定位钢球和气缸实现初定位和夹紧,实现网框与台板的精确定位,不但定位精度高,且操作方便快捷、效率高。The printing process and operation principle of screen printing were briefly introduced and the positioning of net frame platen was detailed. The common positioning devices and the positioning error were analyzed. A new type of precision positional device was proposed. Two mutually perpendicular positioning blocks locked in platen and machine frame were used to achieve precision position. The screen frame was fixed on the rack, and five balls and air cylinder were positioned and clamped to achieve the precise positioning of the screen frame and platen.
