摘 要:研制了一套航空电子设备供电电源中断仿真系统。该系统由4个并联的IGBT运用均流技术,直接控制切换电路,以满足系统大电流、短时切换的特殊要求。中断电源采用双闭环控制的电压型SVPWM整流器,以便有效解决负载变化导致的电压波动问题。制作了一台原理样机,采用TMS320LF2407DSP作为控制器,并设计了上位机监控软件,上位机与控制器采用串口通讯方式。样机试验结果表明中断电路切换迅速,均流效果良好,直流侧输出电压稳定。A set of avionics power supply interruption simulation system was developed. The system, which consists of four parallel use of both the IGBT current technology, could directly control the switching circuit to meet the high-current and the short-term switch requirements. The interrupted power supply adopts the dual voltage closed-loop control of SVPWM rectifier to effectively solve the problems caused by voltage fluctuations. A prototype was produced, using TMS320LF2407DSP as a controller. The monitoring software was designed with serial communication between the PC and the controller. Prototype test results show that the interrupt circuit switches fast, flow effects are good and the DC output voltage is stable.
