摘　　要：城镇化问题是当代中国社会经济发展的重大课题。对我国城镇化过程中存在的问题进行分析,指出城镇化应以质量为根本,防止"土地城镇化"的冒进,应创新模式,合理利用土地资源,走有中国特色的城镇化道路。Urbanization is a major subject of social and economic development in contem- porary China. The paper examines existing issues in the current urbanization process, emphasiz- ing the fundamental importance of putting quality first and warning of the rash expansionism of urbanization in land use alone, while suggesting methodological innovation and reasonable ap- plication of land resources to embark on the road to an urbanization process with Chinese char- acteristics.
