仿毛皮织物聚氨酯涂层的涂覆及性能研究

摘　　要：文章主要在以腈纶双面毛毯为原材料的织物的基础上涂覆自制的聚氨酯/DMF溶液,然后控制多个影响因素制出试样,并对其透气性、脱毛率等性能进行测试,结合其涂层的柔软度、光滑度、丰富度等表征量,确定实验最佳工艺。A method of using PU/DMF solution as coating to cover two faced arylic blanket was discussed. Samples were manufactured by the ways of controlling different factors. The properties of air permeability, removal rate and so on were tested. The optimum process was determined integrated with the characteristics of soreness, smoothness and hand feel.
