猪肺炎支原体P46基因的克隆及序列分析

摘　　要：根据GenBank中登录的猪肺炎支原体J株P46基因序列设计一对引物,扩增得到P46全基因序列,将克隆得到的P46基因片段克隆至pEasy-T载体中进行测定。将SC株P46基因与232株、J株、7448株及168株进行比对,结果表明SC株与这些株同源性分别为99.9%、99.6%、99.2%、99.0%。A pair of primers was designed according to P46 gene of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae J strain reported in GenBank. The P46 gene was amplified by PCR and then cloned into pEasy-T vector and sequencing. Then fours more Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae strains, strain 232, strain J, strain7448, strain 168 were downloaded from GenBank, and identity among these strains were analysed by DNAstar software. The results show that the identity between strain SC and these strains are 99.9 %, 99.6%, 99.2%, 99.0%, re- spectively.
