摘 要:冬季水温12℃~15℃时,低浓度城市污水的营养限制使活性污泥的增殖很慢,为了剩余污泥减量和维持生物池中的MLSS浓度,通过实验室和生产试验,进行了无排泥运行模式的研究。对比无排泥与排泥两种工况的污染物去除效果,结果表明,无排泥运行对COD、氨氮、总氮的去除无影响。聚磷菌的磷代谢量减少,除磷率只有31%~42%(对照组除磷率53%~65%)。污泥代谢产生的无机物更多,胞外聚合物含量增大,导致污泥絮凝沉降性能变差,抗SS冲击负荷的能力较差。MLSS浓度不会一直升高。At low temperature of 12℃ - 15℃ in winter, the activated sludge proliferate slowly due to nutrition limitation of low concentration sewage. In order to minimize the excess sludge and maintain MLSS in biological tank, lab scale and full scale tests were conducted to research the operation without sludge discharge, and compared its pollutants removal effect with that without sludge discharge. The results showed that there was no difference at the conditions with sludge or without sludge discharge in removal rates of COD, NH3-N and 'IN. Phosphorus metabolism of the polyphesphate accumulation bacteria reduced as only 31% -42% of phosphorus removal, compared with 53% -65% of the control group. In the mode without sludge, more inorganic matters were produced and the contents of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) increased resulted in worse setfleability of sludge floeeulation and worse resistance of SS shock loading. The MLSS concentration did not increased continuously.
