摘 要:采用改性茶皂素YX作为雷马素红3BS、瑞华素红R-2BF染色棉织物的皂洗剂,测试了改性茶皂素YX的起泡性能及在硬水中的稳定性能.通过对改性茶皂素YX的净洗和防沾色性能的研究,探讨了其在雷马素红3BS、瑞华素红R-2BF染色棉织物皂洗工艺中的应用.结果表明,改性茶皂素YX具有较强的皂洗能力和良好的防沾色性能,改性茶皂素YX质量浓度5 g/L,皂洗温度98℃,皂洗时间10 min时皂洗效果最好,具有与市售防沾污皂洗剂CT相近的防沾色性能和耐摩擦牢度.Modified tea saponin YX was used as soaping agent of cotton fabrics dyed with reactive dyes such as Remazol Red 3BS and Ruihuazl Red R-2BF. The foaming property and stability of the modified tea saponin YX in hard water were determined. The application of modified tea saponin YX in cotton fabrics dyed by Remazol Red 3BS and Ruihuazl Red R-2BF was discussed through research on the detergency and anti-staining property of modified tea saponin YX. The results showed that the modified tea saponin YX had excellent soaping and anti-staining properties. When the follow process was used, such as 5 g/L of modified saponin YX, 98 ℃ of temperature and 10 rain of time, the best soaping effect could be obtained. The modified tea saponin YX had the same anti-staining ability and rubbing fastness with the soaping agent CT in market.
