高钼对小尾寒羊肾脏超微结构和功能的影响

摘　　要：为了研究高钼对小尾寒羊肾脏超微结构和功能的影响,试验选取18只2月龄健康雄性小尾寒羊,随机分为3组,根据体重每日分别添加钼0 mg/kg(Ⅰ组)、30 mg/kg(Ⅱ组)和60 mg/kg(Ⅲ组),每日观察记录临床表现,定期抽取血液样品和收集尿液进行检测,末期采取肾脏组织做透射电镜观察。超微结构观察显示,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组小尾寒羊肾小管上皮细胞内质网扩张,线粒体空泡化,溶酶体增多,基质电子密度增加;肾小球血管基膜增厚,足细胞裂管消失。肾功能检测显示,与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组小尾寒羊血清肌酐、尿素氮含量和尿蛋白量均显著增高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结果表明,日摄钼量30 mg/kg以上可引起小尾寒羊肾脏超微结构变化,导致肾脏功能受损。An experiment was conducted to determine the effect of high molybdenum（Mo） on ultra- structure and renal function of small-tail-fat-sheep kidney. Total of eighteen two months kids were randomly divided into there groups as follows： group Ⅰ （Mo 0 mg/kg）, group Ⅱ （Mo 30 mg/kg）, group Ⅲ（Mo 60 mg/kg）. We recorded clinical symptoms everyday, look blood and urine samples regularly and got kidney tissue at the end of test. Ultra-structurally, endoplasmie retieulum and nuclear membrane expanded, mitoehondrial were swelling and increases in electron density, and endoplasm reticuluin dilation in renal tubule epithelial cells in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ. The glonleruli showed irregular thickening and splitting of basement membranes. At tile same time, the serum ereatinine, serum urea nitrogen and urinary protein were much higher in groups Ⅱ and m than that in group Ⅰ （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.
