摘 要:通过非线性有限元方法,对CS整体墙和开孔墙在竖向荷载作用下的力学性能进行分析,并分析荷载作用形式、钢丝直径等因素对CS墙板性能的影响。结果表明,钢丝应力与荷载作用形式有直接关系,斜插丝主要承受由两侧混凝土荷载差异引起的应力;它能使两侧混凝土更好的协同工作;随着斜插丝直径增大,其对墙板力学性能影响增大,两侧钢丝网应力减小,墙板竖向位移随着直径增大而减小;墙板开洞后,在洞口上方出现裂缝,钢丝拉应力集中,洞口两侧有明显压应力集中带。洞口高度对墙板极限承载力影响不大。应采取措施保证墙板是有效的承重构件。In this paper,we analyze the mechanical properties of concrete sandwich wall-panel with and without opening under vertical loading with nonlinear finite element method, research the impact of loading form, wire diameter and opening rate on the performance of CS wall. The results show:the stress of steel wire is directly related to loading form,oblique wire mainly bear the stress caused by the loading difference of two sides concrete wall-panels, it makes beth sides of concrete panel work together better. With the increase of oblique wire diameter,its influence to the mechanical properties of wall-panel increases. The stress of steel wire decreases. Within a certain range, vertical displacement of wall decreases as the diameter increases. After open hole in wall-panel, craek appear at the top of opening, steel wire tensile stress eoncentration, the results show the height of opening has little effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of wall. Measures should be taken to ensure wall-panel is effective load-bearing component.
