摘 要:火力发电厂中速磨煤机采用弹簧隔振基础以减小设备工作扰力对主厂房的影响。为了合理评估弹簧隔振基础中速磨煤机的振动性态,对5家电厂8台磨煤机进行了现场振动测试,其中包括一台非隔振基础磨煤机。为了考虑中速磨煤机与基础的动力相互作用,测试了基础上、下台板和设备本体的振动位移和加速度。根据实测值评估了磨煤机的振动安全性,并分析了振动超限的原因。研究表明,弹簧隔振中速磨煤机基础振动位移满足规范要求,但设备本体振动位移较大,设计中应该通过限制基础平台的振动位移来控制设备本体的振动位移。Spring vibration-isolated foundation is used for the medium-speed mill for reducing the impact of equipment disturbing force on the main plant in thermal power plant. In order to evaluate rationally the vibration performance of medium-speed mill with spring vibration-isolated foundation, eight mills in five power plants including one mill with non-isolated vibration foundation are tested. In order to consider the dynamic interaction between medium-speed mill and foundation, the vibration displacement and acceleration of upper and lower bedplates of foundations and equipment bodies are measured. According to the test results the vibration safety of the mills is evaluated and the causes of vibration overrun for mill foundation are analyzed. The study shows that the vibration displacement of medium-speed mill with spring vibration-isolated foundation meets the code requirements, but the vibration displacement of equipment body is larger. The vibration displacement of equipment body should be controlled by limiting the vibration displacement of foundation platform in design.
