摘  要:现有研究及震害反映剪力墙在首层破坏最为严重。RC少墙框架结构中,剪力墙因墙少受力大首先破坏,框架次之。规范对此类结构弹性层间位移角限值的规定过于笼统,结构下部应该采取较上部更为严格的弹性层间位移角限值。若首层弹性层间位移角控制合理,能够实现底部剪力墙在可修复范围内破坏,而框架不进入弹塑性工作阶段。Present research and damage reflected the shear walls would destroy on the ground floor. RC frame structures with a small amount of shear walls would firstly destroy on shear wall members, and then the frame failed. Domestic codes just had a general limit on elasticity inter-story drift ratio in this kind of structure; in fact it should be stricter on lower floors than topside. If elasticity inter-story drift ratio was limited in rational value, the lower shear walls could be reconstruct, while the frame still worked in elasticity.
