717解毒合剂对蝮蛇咬伤患者血清PLA_2和HAase干预作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察717解毒合剂对蝮蛇咬伤患者血清磷脂酶A2(PLA2)和透明质酸酶(HAase)的干预作用。方法将符合条件的90例蝮蛇咬伤患者随机分成血清组、中药组和中药加血清组进行相应治疗,予静脉取血,采用ELISA法检测各组患者在实验不同时段血清PLA2和HAase的水平。结果入院时,各治疗组血清PLA2、HAase的含量均高于正常组。治疗后,各给药组血清PLA2、HAase含量明显降低,其中以中药加血清组对PLA2、HAase含量的降低效果最好。结论 717解毒合剂可以有效降低蛇伤患者血清PLA2、HAase值。Objective： To investigate intervention effect of 717jiedu Decoction on the viper bited patients serum PLA2 and HAase.Metheods： 90 cases of qualified were randomized into three groups： serum,717jiedu Decoction,traditional Chinese medicine group and serum group.Vena sampling,the expressions of patients serum PLA2 and HAase in the different period of experiment were analyzed by ELISA method.Results： On the time of admission,the content of serum PLA2 and HAase of each treatment group were Higher than those of normal group.Posttreatment,the content of serum PLA2 and HAase of each treatment group decreased markedly,especially the traditional Chinese medicine and serum group.Conclusion： 717jiedu Decoction Can effectively reduce the value of snake wound patients serum PLA2 and HAase.
