摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中后吞咽困难患者的康复护理方法及疗效。方法对120例患者进行摄食、吞咽、训练干预及护理。结果 120例患者吞咽能力提高达Ⅱ级57例,Ⅲ级51例,Ⅳ级7例,Ⅴ级5例。结论合理有效的康复可有益于脑卒中伴吞咽困难患者吞咽功能的改善。Objective： To explore the methods and efficacy of rehabilitation care of the patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods： Ingestion,swallowing,training,intervention and care were taken for 120 patients.Results： Swallowing ability of 120 patients up to grade Ⅱfor 57 cases,Ⅲ grade for 51 cases,Ⅳ grade for 7 cases,Ⅴgrade for 5 cases.Conclusion： Reasonable and effective rehabilitation can be beneficial to the improvement of swallowing function of the patients with dysphagia after stroke.
