四妙勇安汤合失笑散对急性心肌梗死模型大鼠VEGF表达的影响

摘　　要：目的通过观察四妙勇安汤合失笑散对急性心肌梗死模型大鼠血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)影响,探讨四妙勇安汤合失笑散治疗急性心肌梗死的机制。方法将60只雄性大鼠随机分为四妙勇安汤合失笑散大、中、小剂量组、模型组和假手术组,应用实时荧光定量PCR检测VEGF mRNA的表达水平,ELISA法测定耳中央动脉血清VEGF浓度。结果四妙勇安汤合失笑散药物组VEGF mRNA的表达及血清VEGF浓度高于模型组。结论四妙勇安汤合失笑散可通过上调VEGF的表达,从而促进梗死心肌血管新生,改善急性心肌梗死的病情。Objective： To observe Simiaoyong＇an Decoction combined with Shixiao Powder on vascular endothelial growth factor in a rat model with acute myocardial infarction,discuss the mechanism of Simiaoyong＇an Decoction and Shixiao Powder in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods： 60 male rats were randomly divided into normal control group,atherosclerosis model group,sham operation group,Simiaoyong＇an Decoction combined with Shixiao Powder group and statin positive control group.The expression level of VEGFmRNA was detected with real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,and the ear central artery serum VEGF concentration was detected with ELISA method.Results： The expression of VEGFmRNA and serum VEGF concentration of Simiaoyong＇an Decoction combined with Shixiao Powder group were higher than the operation group,which showed no significant difference with the statin group.Conclusion： With up-regulating the expression of VEGF,the vascular of infarcted myocardium will be promoted to neogenesis by Simiaoyong＇an decoction and Shixiaosan.So the state of an illness of acute myocardial infarction is improved.
