《金匮》肾气丸对阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠额叶皮质神经元NT-3表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探究《金匮》肾气丸对阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠额叶皮质NT-3表达的影响。方法利用脑立体定位仪精确定位右侧海马,注射2μL的Aβ25～35,建立老年性痴呆大鼠模型,《金匮》肾气丸煎剂灌胃给药进行防治,4周后取脑做NT-3免疫组化染色。结果正常对照组大鼠额叶皮质内NT-3阳性神经元数目多,染色深;AD模型组大鼠额叶皮质内NT-3阳性神经元数目少,染色浅;《金匮》肾气丸治疗组大鼠额叶皮质内NT-3阳性神经元数目和染色与正常对照组大鼠接近。结论《金匮》肾气丸对老年性痴呆大鼠大脑额叶皮质神经元的退变具有一定的防治作用。Objective： To explore the effects of Jinkuishenqi Pill on the expression of neurotrophin-3 in the frontal lobe cortex neurons of Alzheimer＇s disease rats.Methods： The Alzheimer,s disease rats model was produced by using brain stereotaxic instrument to precisely locate the right of the hippocampal synapse and injecting Aβ25～35.The crude Jinkui Shenqi Wan was poured into the stomach of the t reated group.The brains were taken and the expression of neurotrophin-3 was estimated with immunochemistry 4 weeks later.Results： Immunochemistry showed that there were many positive cells in the frontal lobe cortex of the normal group and they were deeply dyed.Positive cells of the model group decreased and their color was shallow.The number and the color of positive cells in the treated group were close to that of the normal group.Conclusion： The Jinkuishenqi Pill decoction is effective in preventing and treating the degenerating of the frontal lobe cortex neurons in Alzheimer＇s disease rats.
