升降散对脓毒症患者肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察升降散对脓毒症患者肾功能的影响。方法 56例脓毒症患者随机分为对照组26例和中药组30例,分别予以常规治疗和常规治疗加升降散治疗,在治疗前和治疗第7日进行急性和慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ),同时检测血清学指标白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、BUN、Scr、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)变化。结果治疗第7日中药组患者的APACHEⅡ评分、WBC、CRP、TNF-α、IL-6低于对照组,肾功能指标BUN、Scr上升缓慢,与对照组比较差异显著。结论升降散在脓毒症患者治疗中具有一定的肾保护作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Shengjiang Powder on the kidney in patients with sepsis.Methods： Total 56 cases were randomly divided into two groups： control group in which 26 cases were treated by routine modality and treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by routine modality and Shengjiang Powder.Both of these two groups were rated by APACHEⅡ score,and the serum level of leukocyte（WBC）,C reactive protein（CRP）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,creatinine（cr）,tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）,interleukin-6（IL-6） were detected before and after 7-days treatments.Results： After 7-day treatment the APACHEⅡ score,WBC,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group;the serum level of BUN and cr rises slowly,significant difference compared with the control group.Conclusion： Shengjiang Powder possesses some protective effect on the kidney in patients with sepsis.
