中西医结合治疗膀胱过度活动症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察采用宁泌泰胶囊口服、穴位针刺联合膀胱训练治疗膀胱过度活动症的临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用宁泌泰胶囊口服、穴位针刺联合膀胱训练的方法治疗,对照组采用托特罗定口服治疗,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组与对照组治疗后OABSS评分总分、尿急症状评分分别为(3.7±1.5)/(5.2±1.3)、(0.1±0.8)/(0.6±0.7),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论采用宁泌泰胶囊口服、穴位针刺联合膀胱训练的方法治疗膀胱过度活动症疗效确切,无明显不良反应。Objective： To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on overactive bladder.Method： 120 patients with overactive bladder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group averagely.The treatment group were treated with Ningbitai capsule,acupuncture and bladder training,while the control group were treated with Tolterodine L-tartrate.Results： There was significant difference in the total score and urgency of urination score of the overactive bladder symptom score（OABSS） between the two group after treatment.Conclusion： Ningbitai capsule,acupuncture and bladder training has definite therapeutic effect on overactive bladder.
