摘　　要：以岳阳市为研究对象,在分析其土地利用与生态环境现状的基础上,结合土地利用总体规划,分析规划期内的主要环境影响要素,利用指标综合评价法分析、评价土地利用规划对岳阳市带来的环境影响。评价结果表明:岳阳市土地利用规划的实施对当地生态坏境起到了明显的改善作用;2010年现状评分低于2010年规划评分,表明岳阳市目前环境状况与规划预期相比仍有差距。The environmental impact of land use planning in Yueyang City was evaluated using multi-index comprehensive evaluation method. The process investigated the main environmental impact factors during planning period combining with the general plans for land use, which was based on the analysis of present situation of land use and ecological environment. The results showed that, imple- menting the land use planning in Yueyang City could significantly improve the local ecological environment. On the other hand, the score in the present was lower than planning in 2010, which indicated that there is still a gap between the current and expected environ- mental conditions in Yueyang City.
