小溪国家级自然保护区落叶木莲生长与遗传多样性分析

摘　　要：对小溪国家级自然保护区内落叶木莲生长特性进行了调查,并采用RAPD-PCR分子生物学技术分析落叶木莲的遗传多样性。结果表明:该保护区内落叶木莲的胸径-树高生长曲线为Y=-0.0043X2+0.731X+0.7837;从UPGMA聚类基因图谱分析得出该区内落叶木莲具有遗传亲缘关系,推断该区内落叶木莲具有相近的起源,为研究该区内落叶木莲的起源及保护提供了科学依据。Abstract： The growth characteristic of Manglietia deciduas in Xiaoxi National Nature Reserve was investigated, and the RAPD-PCR molecular biology technique and UPGMA cluster method were used to analyze the genetic diversity of Manglietia deciduas. The results showed that, the DBH-height growth curve of Manglietia deciduas was fitted with a formula, which was Y = - 0. 004 3X2 ＋ 0. 731X ＋ 0. 783 7. There were some genetic relationship and the similar origin among different Manglietia deciduas plants in the survey area, which provided the scientific basis for the origin and protection of Manglietia deciduas in Xiaoxi National Nature Reserve.
