摘  要:目的:探讨何首乌饮对Leydig细胞衰老模型β-半乳糖苷酶表达的影响。方法:采用3β-HSD特异性染色鉴定体外培养的大鼠睾丸Leydig细胞,分为正常组、Leydig细胞衰老损伤组、何首乌饮预防组和何首乌饮治疗组,用50μmol/L的H2O2和100μmol/L的FeSO4处理Leydig细胞建立Leydig细胞衰老模型。观察各组Leydig细胞β-半乳糖苷酶表达的变化。结果:正常组Leydig细胞无β-半乳糖苷酶表达。与正常组比较,衰老组Leydig细胞β-半乳糖苷酶的表达明显升高(P<0.05);何首乌饮预防组、治疗组Leydig细胞β-半乳糖苷酶的表达明显低于衰老组(P<0.05),何首乌饮治疗组、预防组Leydig细胞β-半乳糖苷酶的表达比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:何首乌饮可通过降低β-半乳糖苷酶的表达保护睾丸Leydig细胞衰老损伤。Objective:To investigate the influences of Heshouwuyin on β-galactosidase expression in Leydig cells aging model.Methods:In vitro culture Leydig cells were identified by β-HSD-specific staining and divided into the following 4 groups: normal group, Leydig cells aging group, Heshouwuyin prevention group and Heshouwuyin lrealrnent group. The Leydig cells aging model was established by Ireating Leydig cells with 501μmol/L H2O2 and 100μmol/L FeSO4. The expression of β-galactosidase in Leydig cells of each group was detozteed.Results:The Leydig cells in nonnal group no β-galacXosidase expression. Compared with normal group, the expression of β-galactosidase in Leydig cells of aging group increased obviously (P〈 0.05).The expression of ffgalactosidase in Leydig cells of Heshouwuyin prevention group and Heshouwuyin treatment group were obviously lower than that of aging group (P〈 0.05). There had no obvious differences between Heshouwuyin prevention group and Heshouwuyin lrealment group about galactosidase expression in Leydig cells (P〉 0.05).Conclusions: Heshouwuyin can protect testis Leydig cells aging damaging by reducing β-galactosidase expressiorL
