摘 要:将接枝PP(g-PP)加入到聚丙烯(PP)/玻纤(GF)复合材料中,制备了一种高性能PP玻纤复合材料,研究了g-PP用量及玻纤含量对复合材料力学性能、耐热性能及熔体流动性能的影响。研究表明,g-PP能够显著改善PP/GF复合材料的力学性能及耐热性能,添加适量g-PP能使复合材料的拉伸强度达到AS/GF复合材料的性能标准,冲击强度及耐热温度大大高于其标准,对加工流动性没有明显影响。加入适量g-PP能使PP/GF复合材料发生脆韧转变,提高复合材料的结晶温度,减小材料的球晶尺寸。该玻纤增强PP复合材料有望替代AS/GF而应用于空调风轮的制造。A glass fiber(GF) reinforced composites were prepared by introducing the grafted polypropylene(g-PP) to polypropylene(PP)/GF composites.Effects of the g-PP dosage and GF content on the mechanical properties,heat distortion temperature and melting flow rate of PP/GF composites were studied in detail.The study showed that mechanical properties and heat distortion temperature of PP/GF composite could be improved significantly by the g-PP,tensile strength of PP/g-PP/GF composites were closed to AS/GF composite when the g-PP content was adequate,impact strength and heat distortion temperature are much higher,the g-PP had no significant effect on its melt fluidity.Brittle-ductile transition of PP/GF composites was happened when appropriate amount of the g-PP was added Crystallization temperature of PP/GF composites was improved and spherocrystal sizes were reduced by the g-PP The new glass fiber reinforced composites are expected to replace AS/GF composites and could be used in the wind wheel of air conditioning.
