摘　　要：以热塑性弹性体SBS T-171为测试材料,在万能材料测试仪上进行拉伸试验,对其拉伸强度、300%定伸应力、扯断伸长率测试过程中的不确定度分量进行了分析和评定并给出了具体数值。拉伸强度测试扩展不确定度为U(σu)=1.5 MPa、300%定伸应力扩展不确定度为U(σ)=0.2 MPa、扯断伸长率扩展不确定度为U(A)=24.4%,k=2,置信概率p≈95%。with the thermoplastic elastomer of SBS T-171 as the testing material,the universal material tester for tension test,the tensile strength,modulus at 300% elongation at break in the testing process,the components of the uncertainty were analyzed and evaluated and given a specific numerical.Tensile strength test of expanded uncertainty for U（σu）=1.5 MPa,tensile stress at 300 % extension of uncertainty U（σ）=0.2 MPa,elongation of expanded uncertainty for confidence probability U（A）=24.4 %,k=2,p≈95 %.
