摘  要:扭带作为一种有效的传热强化元件,常用于旧型换热器的升级与改造。文章从节约能源这个主题出发,详细概括了管壳式换热器中传统扭带的强化传热机理、传热与流动规律,并对近期出现的异形扭带及传统扭带的不同应用进行了较为系统的归纳,最后对扭带传热元件的发展现状及前景作出了总结及展望。Twisted tape as an effective heat transfer enhancement equipment is widely used in upgrade and reform of old heat exchangers.In the paper,based on the theme of energy saving in modern society,the mechanism of heat transfer enhancement and the law of heat transfer and fluid flow of traditional twisted tape in shell and tube heat exchanger were presented in detail.In addition,the modified twisted tapes proposed recently were discussed systematically as well as different applications for traditional twisted tape.Finally,an evaluation on development and prospect of twisted tape was showed.
